We don't automate decisions. We deliver them.
Your people are already using AI. Your business isn't. We find the one decision where that gap costs the most, put a number on it, and build the system that closes it.
- Read the invitation and addenda
- Check history with the GC
- Check backlog and crews
- Pull margin on the last three like it

deciding, still a person
The problem
Ninety seconds to decide. Forty minutes to get ready to.
Ask an estimator how long it takes to decide whether a job is worth bidding and they will say a minute or two. They are right. Then ask what has to be true before they can decide, and you get a list, and the list takes forty minutes.
That gap is the whole business case, and it never shows up in a budget because nobody bills for it. It is spread across four people, six systems and a spreadsheet built in 2019 by someone who no longer works there.
- Assembly, once
- 39minFive steps, timed by the estimator who does them.
- Times a week
- 20Invitations that get a real look. Their count, not ours.
- Hours a year
- 62439 × 20 ÷ 60 × 48 working weeks.
- Loaded cost
- $59kAt $95 an hour fully loaded. Show your team the arithmetic, not the conclusion.
Now the honest part. That $59,000 is not sitting in a bank account waiting to be freed. Some of it turns into capacity you already needed and some of it turns into nothing at all. When we model this for you we count half of it by default, and we show you the year one number with our fee inside it, which is sometimes negative. If a case only works at a hundred percent, it does not work.
Where AI fits
AI does the assembly. Your people make the call.
Current AI is very good at reading, finding, checking and summarizing across messy sources. It is least trustworthy when weighing a tradeoff someone answers for. So we put it to work on the first job and keep it away from the second.
Above the line · AI does this

- Reads the invitations, RFQs, addenda and email threads
- Pulls history from the CRM, the ERP and the spreadsheet nobody else can find

Below the line · your people do this
The ninety seconds
- Weigh the tradeoffs
- Make the call they are accountable for
- Review what the system prepared, by design, every time
- Pause anything we built without calling us

Off the shelf first. We start with the tools you already pay for and build custom agents only when the numbers show the off the shelf version can't do the job. Either way it runs on software your company already owns, on your own subscriptions.

We build up to the line, and stop.

These are services, not steps. Pick the one that fits where you are. Prices are published on purpose.
What you pay for Line Mapping or Standing Help can come off a Build Sprint. How credits work
Fee credits
Your diagnostic comes off the build
Line Mapping: the full fee comes off a Build Sprint that starts within 90 days of the readout. Standing Help: 25% of what you paid in the 90 days before the sprint starts, up to one month's fee. One credit per sprint; if both apply, you get the larger one. Either way, the reports are yours to act on with anyone.

Who we work with
Same method, a different decision in every room
The function is business operations, weighted toward marketing and business development. The buyer is the owner, or the leader who decides where effort goes. The markets are ones where we have run B2B marketing ourselves, so you will not spend the first meeting explaining how your business wins work.
Construction and trades

Manufacturing
Which RFQs to quote and which accounts to develop
When the answer lives across the ERP, the CRM and an estimator's memory.
Trucking and logistics
Which lanes and shippers to pursue
Rate history, capacity, margin by lane and who the shipper already works with, assembled before anyone picks up the phone.
Life sciences suppliers
Which accounts and territories get the rep's week
Based on what is actually moving rather than what was true last quarter.
Home builders
Which leads are worth a sales rep's hour
Triage that happens every morning, usually by the most expensive person in the building.
B2B marketing teams
Which campaigns and channels get next month's budget
Last month's numbers sit in four dashboards, and nobody owns the one answer until the day before the meeting.
Sales and business development
Which accounts and opportunities get this week's calls
A rep's Monday morning, spent deciding where the hours go before a single call is made.
Event lines, any industry
A dealer accepts a lead, and the record updates itself
Something happens and someone does a fixed thing in response. There is nothing to weigh, so a system can simply do it.

Questions
What people ask first
Something not here? Ask us directly, or take the assessment and see your own number first.
Is this an AI consultancy?
Not in the usual sense. We do not start from a tool and go looking for a use case. We start from a decision somebody is accountable for, time the work in front of it, and build only what the numbers justify. Sometimes that is AI, sometimes it is plain automation, and sometimes it is a spreadsheet somebody should have fixed years ago.
Why are your prices on the website?
Because publishing them saves both of us an hour. If the ranges do not work for you, you know before we talk. If they do, the first call can be about your business instead of our rate card.
Which platforms do you build on?
The tools your company already pays for. Power Automate with Copilot Studio or AI Builder inside your own Microsoft tenant, Workspace Studio for Google Workspace, and Zapier when the line reaches past the suite. If your team already works in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Grok, the AI steps run there on your company plan, so the prompts, files and history stay with you. You pay the software bills directly and nothing is resold through us.
Do you hold SOC 2 or HIPAA?
No. We hold neither and say so up front, and by default we do not take on PHI, card data or government ID numbers.
Do you work outside Utah?
Yes. We are based in Salt Lake City and work in person across the Wasatch Front with no travel charge. Everywhere else we work remotely, with on site travel quoted up front.
